Mort Taylor was recently invited to speak to the Honduran Young Arbitrators Organization for Arbitration Day 2015. This non-profit organization was started in 2013 as an academic study group focused on national and international commercial and investment arbitration.

For this event, Mort spoke about the connection between international arbitration and creating an opportunity for foreign investment in Honduras. Mort highlighted three key components that he believes an international arbitration system should have in order for investors to feel secure: Neutral Forum, Choice of law and Speed and Efficiency.
