Guillermo Pena Panting is a political analyst and economist focused on business development in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He has worked with think tanks in North Carolina and London and established the Foundation Eléutera in 2013. He has also worked extensively within the private sector in organizations such as the Honduran National Business Council, Honduran Manufacturing Association, National Industrialists Association, Chamber of Commerce of Cortes on research, strategy, government relations, investment attraction, public relations and participating or advising on several boards. He is currently the Executive Director of the Honduran Free Zone Association. He rejected his B.A. in political science from North Carolina State University.
